Fitness Session
Perfect for first-time clients, dogs new to the underwater treadmill, or returning pups ready to run again. The initial session includes a personalized fitness assessment to evaluate your dog’s movement, strength, and mobility, allowing us to design a safe, effective program tailored to your dog’s needs.
After the assessment, additional sessions may be purchased individually or as discounted 4- or 6-session packages. Each fitness session blends underwater treadmill training with targeted land-based exercises, as appropriate.

What to expect
The initial session includes a personalized fitness assessment to evaluate your dog’s movement, strength, and mobility. This allows us to design a safe, effective program tailored to your dog’s individual needs and goals.
The underwater treadmill features a glass-sided chamber with a low step or ramp for easy, secure entry. Once your dog is comfortable inside, the chamber is gradually filled with warm water to an appropriate level—typically around mid-thigh to hip height—based on your dog’s ability, goals, and fitness level. Even dogs who are unsure about water often do very well, as the slow fill, warm temperature, and supportive environment help them feel safe and in control.
